Why we exist

EA teams running Sparx EA face a consistent set of challenges: their models stay in the tool, their data doesn't reach the people who need it, and the arrival of AI creates pressure to make architecture a live, queryable knowledge source rather than a governed diagramming repository.

The early instinct is to buy a tool and hope. But AI amplifies expertise — it doesn't manufacture it. To get value from the agents, your architects have to know how to direct them. So we lead with teaching: the craft of AI-augmented architecture, on the tool you already have, against your own models and standards.
